Problem Tracker is your tool to identify and report civic, non-emergency problems such as potholes, graffiti, broken street lights, damaged sidewalks, trashed and unkempt properties, and vandalized playgrounds in the Rock River Valley.

How it works

1. 1. Upset that your street STILL isn't fixed or a nearby vacant home has become an eyesore? Contribute to this map by pinpointing the location, describing the problem and attaching a photo if possible.
2. 2. Your local government will be alerted automatically if it is signed up for this program. If not, we will pass along reports as soon as we can.
3. 3. We will monitor activity and report on hot-button issues each week. We will also follow up to see whether your problems have addressed.
